What Is Globle?

Globle is a daily browser game where you guess a mystery country using nothing but warmth. There's no map outline, no letters, and no clues about the name — every country you guess is shaded on a globe by how geographically close it is to the hidden answer. It was created by Abe Train (Trainwreck Labs) and rides the same daily-guessing habit as Wordle, but rewards a feel for world geography instead of spelling.

How to Play, Step by Step

Read the warmth

Type any country and watch its colour. Deep red means you're right beside the answer; orange is in the neighbourhood; pale blue is a whole ocean away. The country that shares a land border with the answer glows the hottest of all.

Follow the heat

Each guess narrows the search. Step toward your warmest country, try its neighbours, and keep chasing the rising temperature until a guess turns the deepest red — that's the answer.

Triangulate

Once two or three guesses run warm, the answer usually sits in the region they surround. Guess the countries between them and you'll close it out fast.

Globle Strategy & Best Starting Countries

Because Globle scores distance, the strongest openers are large, central countries that border many others — one guess rules a whole region in or out. Try Kazakhstan or DR Congo to sweep the middle of a continent, Brazil for South America, China for Asia, Egypt or Sudan for Africa, and Germany for Europe. Play one opener on each landmass and within a few guesses the warmth tells you where the answer lives. From there, lean on your knowledge of who borders whom: a single hot country hands you a short list of its neighbours to finish the job.
